Now that Becca and I are back from the playa, we are feeling extra inspired and strong. Yes, the event totally has that affect on us.

To honor this feeling, we are committing to doing 60 second planks, daily, on the floor of our office.
We time each other. This is good for stretching out our hands after pounding on keyboards all day, good for stretching, and good for core strength.

We are not hippies. Promise.

If we can stick with this program for the next four weeks, some healthy reward will come our way. What should it be? Totally open to ideas.
